I'm happy and grateful that you're here, wanting to know me a little bit better. I will start by telling you the 'why'. Why are you reading this page, considering having me as your partner in your beautiful, amazing, and transformational journey?
I believe that we are put in this world to be all we can be(like Wayne Dyer said). To love, to express, to experience, to laugh, to fight injustice, to handle setbacks, to live fully. And you and I both know that, as taken for granted as it is, your health is the primary aspect that shapes a life worth living.
We live in a demanding and challenging world, where everything fights for our attention, leaving us unfocused, drained, tired, and a little lost.
Ten years ago, I moved to London, and I started my journey of self-discovery. I promised myself that I would not give up until I found my purpose, until I became the person who was ready to fully live unapologetically and authentically.
But this journey was too tough and full of struggles, disappointments, starting all over again, loneliness, frustration and confusion. I was working 45h/week in hospitality, and on the side, I invested my time volunteering, learning, and taking courses in various industries that I thought were my purpose.
Almost three years ago, when I started my last job in Hospitality, I met an assistant manager who was working in the industry for over 15 years. In my genuine amazement, I asked him, 'Why so long?' and his answer was 'Because when you love what you do, you want to do it for the rest of your life.'
How about that? And yet, people who love it often find themselves on the brink of burnout and ill health.
Burnout in Hospitality is NOT part of the job. It's a lack of implementation of healthy habits, nervous system regulation and support. I worked in Hospitality from waitress to management, and I had periods when I was at my best and at my worst. When I felt at my best, I learned how to prioritise, exercise, eat well and manage stress.
My purpose is to inspire you to take the first step in your transformational journey. Poor quality of life is not in your job description!

The programmes are online, 1-to-1, 60 minutes/session, tailored to your specific health needs. It's dedicated to you if you struggle with a lack of energy, poor eating habits and poor sleep.
We will review your current reality regarding your nutrition, energy levels, health concerns and wellbeing satisfaction. I will introduce you to the blood sugar-balancing way of living approach. Then, we will start exploring ways to build new habits.
