Hello again!

I'm happy and grateful that you're here, wanting to know me a little bit better. I will start by telling you the 'why'. Why are you reading this page, considering having me as your partner in your beautiful, amazing, challenging and transformational journey?

I believe that we are put in this world to be all we can be(like Wayne Dyer said). To love, to express, to experience, to laugh, to fight injustice, to handle setbacks, to live fully. And you and I both know that, as taken for granted as it is, your health is the primary aspect that shapes a life worth living.

And speaking of a life worth living, I'm blessed to have my grandmother around. But for the past 20 years, I saw her life filled with pain, both physical and emotional. Every single day. She's been living with cardiovascular disease, she's on at least 7 types of medication, and she lives with Parkinsons, which makes it difficult to eat, and when she walks, every single bone in her body hurts. She also developed Alzheimer's.

She entered menopause in her early 30s. And NO. She wasn't diagnosed, checked, treated, informed or supported in her journey with premature menopause.

We assume that old people should naturally be ill, frail and live in pain, without considering that most of that pain was inflicted by the choices they did or did not make, the information they didn't have, the support they didn't think they needed, etc.

I know there is a risk for this to be my story. And that's the reason I dedicated myself to helping you with this transition.

The challenges of premature menopause are undeniable. And the choices you make now will not only help your present, but they will also shape the future you.
